You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your uploaded content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and protect your files.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or to protect system integrity. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:
DGR provides protection tools but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for choosing appropriate protection settings.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DGR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DGR from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Service dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue use and close your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in North Carolina, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION PARTICIPATION.
